"The most potent weapon in the hands of the oppressor is the mind of the oppressed."

― Steve Biko

Freedom Hub

About

Freedom Hub is a monthly community gathering for all those seeking a space where anti-imperialist and anti-capitalist ideas are central to our conversations. It is a space where you can be charged up with proper political education that strengthens our collective ability to mobilize for progressive change in our region, in ways that support Black and Indigenous peoples, the working class and other marginalized groups. We invite you to join us at our ‘Freedom Hub’.

Rooted in our three core pillars, the Freedom Hub is a space to Educate, Elevate and Empower one another to be counter-colonial, anti-capitalist change makers.

We aim to deepen our sense of community by engaging in critical conversations that center our collective interests and (re)imagine our future as one where our society is liberated, and the masses are able to experience true freedom and unity of thought and action.

What happens in the Freedom Hub space will shift and adapt to meet the collective needs of those who attend.

Reach out to learn more about attending Freedom Hub.
